We are Settle, an architecture and design studio pushing to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Our vision

We see a world where everyone has the ability to access quality space.

Architecture and design are far too often inaccessible to people from mid and lower socio-economic backgrounds. We can provide high-quality design by making it more affordable through social initiatives, adopting novel technologies, and designing architecture at scale.

Our story

A small studio with a lot of experience

We are a small studio from London, born from our dream of making a meaningful difference in people's lives through design. Our founders first met in 2018 at the Architectural Association, worked together in various prestigious architecture firms in London, and now have founded Settle.

Our work

We design a wide range of spaces — from micro cabins to homes and hotels.

There are no limits to what we can build.

Residential

Homes designed around the rituals of everyday life, enhancing individuality, comfort, and belonging.

Multi-family residential

Systems of housing that fosters community, individual well-being, and a sense of home.

Hospitality

Places that transform a stay into an experience, connecting people to each other and their environment.

Cabins

Deployable architecture that provides a space to deepen our connection with nature.

Other

Additionally, we explore products, systems, prototypes, and technologies. Please reach out with any questions.
